The idea

Vikings had the hall. Gladiators had the arena. You get both.

Tundra Fight Club is built for the ones born to fight and unwilling to live small. Not a gym. A house of discipline where the ring is the altar, the cold is the teacher and a supercar stands beside it as proof of what the work buys.

The coach

Born where winter lasts eight months.

Rostislav Gainulov grew up in Siberia, where you train in the cold or you do not train. He coaches boxing and MMA conditioning in Miami the way he learned it: no shortcuts, no excuses, total respect for the ring and for the person standing in front of you.

He is direct. He is demanding. He will not waste your time, and he will not let you waste his.

The arena · Coming to Miami

The ring at the center. The car beside it. Nothing soft anywhere.

Obsidian floors. A 24-foot ring under a single light. A supercar parked beside it under glass, lit from below, because the men who train here are building the same thing: something fast, rare and earned. Around them, the hall, the forge, the mats and the ice. Turn the model.

  • The ringthe altar

Dead center under a single overhead light. Every wall in the building faces it.

  • The carthe proof

A supercar on a plinth beside the ring, under glass, lit from below. What discipline buys, parked where you can see it between rounds.

  • The linesix bags

Heavy bags along the north wall. The loudest place in the house.

  • The forgestrength

Racks, sleds and iron. Built for fighters, open to everyone who trains like one.

  • The matsground

Grappling, clinch and ground work on competition mats.

  • The ice3 °C

The one piece of Siberia we can ship to Miami. Four minutes. No one skips it.

  • The hallafter

Leather, stone, fire. Where members sit after the work is done. No one sits here before.

Training · Now, in Miami

Three ways to train. All of them hard.

Every session is coached in person by Rostislav. No app, no class of thirty, no one watching the clock instead of you.

Private boxing

One coach. One athlete. One hour that costs you something.

Footwork, hands, defense, power. Built from the ground up, or rebuilt from bad habits.

  • Technique and pad work
  • Defense and counter-punching
  • Sparring when you are ready, not before
MMA conditioning

Strength and engine for the cage.

Striking, clinch and ground conditioning, and the lungs to still be dangerous in round three.

  • Fight-specific strength
  • Grappling and clinch conditioning
  • Cold-season endurance protocols
Fight camp

Eight to twelve weeks. Then a date.

Weight, sparring, game plan and a corner on fight night. For athletes with a bout on the calendar.

  • Camp structure and weight cut
  • Opponent-specific game plan
  • Cornering on fight night
The oath

Five articles. The cold takes no excuses, and neither do we.

Fortis in frigore · Strong in the cold
  1. Show up. Early.

Late is a decision. Make a different one.

  2. Respect the ring and everyone in it.

Training partners, coaches, the man who is new today.

  3. Leave your ego at the door. Bring everything else.

Strength, fear, doubt. All of it is useful in the right hands.

  4. Protect your partners. Hit hard, hit smart.

You will need them next week. They will need you.

  5. Finish what you start.

The round, the camp, the year. There is no such thing as almost.
